Can no longer access your account? Then you can also declare your cancellation informally in text form, by email to kontakt@nimovis.com or in writing to the address stated in the legal notice. No reason is required. Your cancellation is effective even if you cannot provide all of the following details. To help us reliably match your contract, these details are useful: your name and address, the email address your account was created with, your customer number if you have it, and the date on which the contract should end. Write “as soon as possible” if you do not want a specific date. If you cancel for cause, please also state the reason. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation in text form, stating the time of receipt and the date on which the contract ends.
